This type of coffee comes from many mountainous farms shattered all over western Haraaz of the province of Sana'a, which are located at a height of 1500 - 1900 meters above sea level, where the climate is more moderate and water of a relatively good quality.

The outcome fruits of coffee are of very good quality

Mocha Haraazi dried cheries come to our facilities after drying by the farmers, following the same traditional natural method unwashed, and exposing the fruits of coffee to sunlight by laying on concrete surfaces or bricks till it reaches the desired level of drying and its color turns dark red or dark gray.

Each farm, producing Mocha Haraazi, maintains a distinct taste &flavor from others and this gives a wide variety of flavors making it a world worth discovering and enjoying the unique experiences of high taste for Western Haraaz coffee.
